Your school or agency gets its own separate database, so there's no shared table across other schools. Pupil data stays in the UK, is never used to train AI, and is never shared with third parties. Outclass acts as your data processor and only acts on your instruction.
What does our safeguarding lead and DPO need to sign off?
Outclass is built to KCSIE 2026 and the DfE Generative AI Product Safety Standards. Many schools and agencies carry out a Data Protection Impact Assessment before adopting a new AI tool — request the compliance pack below and we'll support that process directly.
Who actually decides what a student or parent sees?
Agents draft the marking, the plan and the report. A teacher reviews and approves before any of it reaches a student or a parent — plans are set by the teacher, and parent reports are sent by the teacher.
