Is our pupils' data safe, and used to train AI?
Your school gets its own separate database. Pupil data stays in the UK and is never used to train AI, and never shared with third parties.
What does our safeguarding lead and DPO need to sign off?
Outclass is built to KCSIE 2026 and the DfE Generative AI Product Safety Standards. Many schools carry out a Data Protection Impact Assessment before adopting a new AI tool — request the compliance pack and we’ll support that process directly.
